Try before you buy

Every visitor gets 10 free scans without signing up, so you can check accuracy on your own cards before paying anything.

7-day guarantee

If you are unhappy with the service, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the $29 pack in full, provided fewer than 50 of your 1000 credits have been used.

Partly used packs

If more than 50 credits have been used, we can issue a pro-rata refund on the unused portion at our discretion, minus PayPal fees.

Not covered

• Dissatisfaction with results on unreadable, blurred, damaged or handwritten cards.
• Packs older than 7 days.
• Accounts that violate our terms or attempt to bypass the free-trial limit.

How to request

Email support@dumbalienteam.com with your PayPal transaction ID and the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned via PayPal within 5 to 10 business days.
